I hope in the future of this blog I will post things before or during the current season, but for now, I'm just getting caught up. I found this one here, and thought it was really interesting.

Can Vases.
Here's an idea that has been seen before, covering cans to make vases or pencil holders. It's been done a million times, in a ton of different ways, sometimes it's cute, sometimes it's cheap looking, but this one caught my eye.
I like the colors, and I like it with flowers in it, but those things would all change if I made one.
As you will learn, I also like to reuse things for two reasons, I think it's neat to give the items a new life, and also because it tends to be cheap. I like the idea of using leftover scraps of materials from previous crafts to do something new. So far, I don't craft enough to have a lot of leftover, but I do tend to save most scraps, even if they are small. I just see potential in them, even if I don't know what to do with them yet.
I'm sure I post a few more covered can ideas like this on this blog, I know you are dying with anticipation. :)

Dr. Seuss Frames.
I was thinking of doing this book as a theme for my mom's last birthday present, but it ended up in a different direction. I love this idea though. So easy, simple, and cute. That's what I'm all about! I found it on a different blog, but it linked it back to here.

Christmas is over...
....but just think of it as being way ahead of schedule. :) I thought this was way cute! My only hesitation was that it looked like a lot of work, but I guess if you made several at a time it wouldn't be too much trouble. I got it from here. What would you put in it if you made one?

Fourth of July Berries.
This caught my eye because I'm craving chocolate strawberries every single day. Not one or two, but an entire cookie sheet full.

Bread Tag Snowmen.
This one makes me nervous of my possible hoarding tendencies. The whole post in really interesting HERE.
She also did one with monster faces which I'll post some other time. I do plan on trying this out, but not until I find the perfect little box in the perfect little spot to store them until I have enough, otherwise I will have them everywhere I'm sure.

Fruit Roll Up Flowers.
I should start every post with, "I was going to make it, but......."
I have been wanting to do this, and I was hoping to do it around Valentine's, but I'll need to for a different occasion soon because it's just too cute to wait! The tutorial is HERE. It's made out of fruit roll ups! I love anything cutesy made out of food. I've been wanting to try making my own edible arrangement (for a few years now), but this looks more promising in the near future. I stole her photo too until I can get my own done. :)

T-shirt Quilt.
A friend of mine finished a T-shirt quilt that she had begun over five years earlier. I don't know why I've never heard of it before. I really want to make one for Doug who is known for kid friendly t-shirts with cookie monster, or comic strip characters, etc. Plus he wears out shirts fast so a quilt with his old favorites would be so much more fun than tossing them in the trash when he's not looking.

Family Silhouette's.
This idea might have been borrowed from the same site as yesterday found HERE.
There have been variations I've seen though, like the most current school picture of each child. I think I'd like to have this on my wall for a period of time or a certain season and then change it out for something else. I just can't figure out what season it might look good in. Perhaps "fall?"

Birthday Notes.
I like the idea that you can pull this out on someone's birthday and the whole family has to write a nice note to the special person. The balloon wreath is also on my list to make one day.
Growing up, we always had red plate that said "Special Day" or something like that, and I'm ashamed to say, I don' t even have one of those. I need more birthday traditions!
